- Created for its tolerance to cold.
- Good in Phytophthora situations and tolerant to tristeza virus.
- Creates a standard size tree that can be managed to any height with pruning.
- Compatible with all oranges, grapefruit and Lisbon lemons. Compatibility with Mandarins performs well for 10-15 years but can occasionally develop bud union crease and decline after that time period.
- Produces high-yielding trees with good fruit size.
- Carrizo is nearly indistinguishable from Troyer rootstock.
- Additional growing time may be required to reach sufficient caliper for your preferred method of grafting.
