- White Genoa Figs taste of sweet, candied berries when eaten fresh and have a pleasantly chewy texture.
- Old variety, a favorite in cool coastal areas - also excellent inland.
- White Genoa Figs are greenish-yellow skin with amber flesh.
- White Genoa Figs have a distinctive sweet flavor enjoyed fresh or dried.
- Not recommended for very hot or humid climates, as it has a large open eye that can cause it to spoil in wet summers.
- White Genoa Fig trees tend to crop twice, one light breba crop and a heavy late crop.
- Height at maturity: 10'-15' in the ground, but can be kept smaller with pruning or if kept in containers
- You can prune a White Genoa Fig tree to any shape.
